Shipping Policy We offer FREE standard shipping to addresses in the United States ONLY, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the military addresses (APO & FPO). However, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Service. We do not ship to Guam and Saipan. We reserve the sole right to choose the carriers. Standard shipping will take 2-11 business days depending on your location. If you need your order sooner, please choose the Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Service. After your order(s) shipped, we will provide you with tracking number(s), please check your spam folder if you do not get your tracking information. We do not ship International at this time. California residents must add sales tax currently at 8.75%. Return Policy Defective products must be reported within 14 days from the ship date. To return, you must contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending back the item(s). We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping cost. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, to cover the shipping & handling fees. Return must be in the original shipping box, sealed and fully protected. Damaged products will not be refunded. Only unopened products are returnable for refund.
